Deposits & Balance
Reserve with a 30% deposit. Remaining balance due 48 hours before your experience or at check-in for certain tours.
Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before. 50% refund 72–24 hours. Within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable. Weather or supplier closures: full refund or free reschedule.
Rescheduling & Weather
We accommodate one free reschedule (subject to availability). For unsafe conditions, we will reschedule or refund.
